First of all, who the heck are we?
My Name’s Eric and I wanted to create a resource to document our path to financial freedom. Too often you hear stories of entrepreneurs and business owners who tell you how they earned their fortune AFTER the fact. There’s not many resources out there that share their experiences during their journey. So that’s exactly what this is! This is a raw documentation ON THE PATH to financial freedom.
Getting started on your path to financial freedom can be a long one by doing it alone. I created this blog in order to share my family’s experience, what we’ve failed at, and some insights so you can reach your destination much faster than us!

High Yield Savings Account
A high yield savings account is by far the best way to earn more on your money every month without tying up your cash for 6+ months at a time or with an investment. Here’s My Recommended High Yield Savings Account.
I’m a fan of a HYSA, due to the simplicity and ease of management. There might be “better” ways to invest the funds for future purposes but I’m a fan of near guaranteed ways to get a return on short term funds. I’m a fan that you can access your money whenever you want, it yields much higher returns than a standard bank account, and you don’t have to stress about market swings.
For longer term investments spanning 3+ years, I’d be more interested in Real estate investing or a small percentage of money in Cryptocurrency like Bitcoin. But i’m only investing amounts that I am not going to need and could light on fire and still sleep comfortably at night.

Real Estate Investing
If the thought of investing in real estate is a pain in the butt.
